PolSci Group Two invited Mr. Jess Lorenzo, a 2010 Novo Ecijano congressional candidate from the Liberal Party to speak on September 9 at room 207 at Palma Hall, UP Diliman. Mr. Lorenzo spoke of Political Reform through citing his experiences with the 2007 and 2010 elections. He also mentioned of Kaya Natin and the Gawad Kalinga, both are exemplary groups in the country.
